Once that is returned along with any supplemental information you feel is necessary, we get rolling! We’ll then match and introduce you to your hand-selected expert who will work with you for the remainder of your project.
Turnaround time is heavily dependent on client responsiveness. The average turnaround time for the first draft is 7-10 business days, in most cases sooner. This timeline is not a guarantee, but an average timeline. You can ensure timely delivery by being prompt with your responses to our inquiries and requests for more information.
Yes! Once you are completely satisfied with the final product, you will receive an invoice for the outstanding balance. Upon payment, we will send you your fully designed resume in Microsoft Word format, as well as a simple Applicant Tracking System-friendly version, plus we will include some insider tips and tricks on how best to use both documents.
If we have previously written and designed your resume, we would be happy to update it with new details for a small fee, please reach out to us for a quote. Alternatively, we offer a resume audit service which we provide actionable suggestions and recommendations that you can implement yourself.
Absolutely. We present you with a final product that we believe to be the best solution for your career goals. We do not offer a money back guarantee based on metrics because there are many variables in the job search process that is outside of our control. We do guarantee that we will work with you through the revision process until you have a final product that meets your needs and makes you feel confident!
Pricing varies per package and is also associated with your level of experience, but we do offer bundled packages and special offers where you can save some of your hard-earned money!
